Description
A co-ed program focusing on speed, agility, and game awareness to prepare players for tryouts. Each 75-minute session includes 1 hour of on-ice instruction, game-like scrimmage scenarios, and 15 minutes of dynamic stretching and nutritional discussion. A Wheatland t-shirt is included with registration.
