Description

This is a competitive and elite 1 week program, designed for College and AAA players who are wanting to push the pace and be ready for the hockey season. These ice sessions will be fast paced as sessions will be geared towards high tempo drills, game situation drills, battle drills, small area games, and full ice scrimmages. Each ice session is 75 minutes long.
