Description

Half day pre-season camp to build confidence, competitiveness, and game readiness. On-ice sessions focus on edge work, body control, puck protection, stickhandling, battle drills, 1-on-1s, 2-on-1s, and game situations. Each session concludes with a full-ice scrimmage. Dedicated goalie coach on ice for entire session. 90 mins on-ice, 60 mins dryland, 30 mins mobility/recovery per day. JK Hockey jersey included. Group size: 24 players, 3 goalies.
