JK Hockey - U13 Female - Power Skating and Edgework

Description

This program will entail both the technical aspect of skating, as well as bigger to advance edgework to push the player out of their comfort zone. We will start the skating and edgework skills at a slower pace, and then transition into using these skills at a high tempo. Players will work on straight away speed, backwards skating speed, forward to backward/backward to forward transition speed and proper techniques, agility in small spaces, and overall strength and power in each stride.
